Norberto Reyes | Global Deployment Manager
Norberto is the leader guiding our international operations. With 8 years of experience at Grupo Covix, his journey within the company is a testament to growth and leadership. Since joining the Operations Department in 2018, he has mastered all critical areas: from installation and technical support to scaling up as a Project Manager. Today, as Global Deployment Manager, he orchestrates operations to ensure that Grupo Covix's key deployments, both nationally and globally, are executed seamlessly.

Alejandra Aguilar | Project Manager
Alejandra is a cornerstone in the planning and tracking of projects at Grupo Covix, playing a vital role in ensuring every delivery meets the highest standards. Through meticulous management, she closely coordinates the scope, objectives, deliverables, and resources of each initiative.
Her strong engineering background provides her with a deep understanding of Audiovisual (AV) Solutions, ensuring proper equipment functionality. She stands out especially for her leadership in project monitoring, thereby guaranteeing that the system operates exactly as designed, delivering maximum performance, stability, and end-user satisfaction.

Jorge Arroyo | Project Manager
Jorge is an expert in technical planning, the application of electrical standards, PLC programming, and 2D AutoCAD design. On a daily basis, he integrates these foundations with advanced project management skills and his specialization in Audio, Video, CCTV, and Access Control design.
To guarantee the success of every deployment, Jorge balances this rigorous technical expertise with excellent teamwork, agile problem-solving, and proper time management. He consistently relies on a keen critical eye to anticipate and minimize any risks during installation.

José Ángel Alcántara | Project Manager
With 5 years of industry experience, he stands out for holding over 30 certifications from major AV brands. José Ángel is a tech integration expert. He is an engineer with strong technical field experience, specializing in the design, programming, installation, and deployment of Audiovisual Solutions. His exceptional skill in designing and integrating high-performance meeting rooms makes him a key asset for delivering efficient, tailored solutions across our international projects.

Andrés Ramirez | Auxiliar de Proyectos
With a solid track record in coordinating and planning infrastructure projects, Andrés stands out for his ability to prevent technical conflicts and optimize critical resources in every execution phase. His experience supervising teams and his mastery of advanced tools like AutoCAD enable him to ensure that site preparation and physical infrastructure align perfectly with global timelines.
